| dc.description.abstract | İş sağlığı ve güvenli ği, son yıllarda tüm dünyada önem verilen bir konudur. Tüm sektörlerde çalışanların sağlığını ve güvenliğini koruyucu politikalar geliştirmek, yasalarla desteklemek ve uygulamak hem devletin, hem işverenin hem de çalışanların sorumluluğundadır. Tehlike düzeylerine göre sınıflandırılan işlerde uyulması gereken kurallar da farklılık göstermektedir. İş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin sağlanmaması sonucu ortaya çıkabilecek sorunlar hem işletmenin hem de çalışanın iş yaşamının sonlanmasına neden olabilmektedir. Daha ileri düzeydeki ihmaller, çalışanların hayatlarına mal olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, hastanelerin radyoloji birimi çalışanlarının iş sağlığı ve güvenliği algıları ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Tehlikeli işler sınıfında yer alan hastanelerde, radyoloji bölümünde kullanılan makine ve ekipmanların yarattığı sağlığa zararlı etmenlerin çalışanlar tarafından ne kadar önemsendiği ve önlem alındığı çalışmada sorgulanan diğer bir konudur. Ayrıca bu bölümde çalışan personelin çalışma süreleri ile çalışma ortamındaki atmosfere ne kadar maruz kaldıkları incelenmiştir. Toplanan veriler, istatistiki analiz için SPSS programı yardımı ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin işlenmesinde, temel analiz teknikleri kullanılmış ve bulgular ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda elde edilen bulgulara göre radyoloji birimi çalışanlarının iş sağlığı ve güvenliği algı düzeylerinin genel olarak yüksek olduğu sonucuna varılabilir. Kurum içi verilecek eğitimlerle personelin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği farkındalığının sürekli taze kalması sağlanmalı, çalışanların öneri ve talepleri kurum tarafından asla göz ardı edilmemelidir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Occupational healt hand safety is a matter of importance in recent years. It is the responsibility of both the state, the employer and the employees to develop and implement policies that protect the health and safety of employees in allsectors. The rules to be complied with are classified according to the level of danger. Problems that may arise as a result of failure to provide occupational healt hand safety can lead to the termination of the work life of both the enterprise and the employee. Further negligence may cost thelives of employees. In this study, the occupational healt hand safety perceptions of the radiology unit employees of hospitals were measured. Another issue that is questioned in the study is the importance of the employees about the health hazard scaused by the machines and equipment sused in the radiology department in the hospitals in the dangerous work class. In addition, the working hours of the personel working in this department and the exposureto the atmosphere in the working environment were examined. The collected data were analyzed with the help of the program used for statistical analysis. basic analysis techniques were used in data processing and findings were revealed. According to the findings obtained at the end of the study, it can be concluded that the occupational health and safety perception levels of the radiology unit employees are generally high. The occupational health and safety awareness of the personnel should be ensured with the trainings to be provided in-house and the suggestions and demands of the employees should never be ignored by the organization. | |
