Özet
Ekonomik kalkınma sürecindeki hızlı değişimler birçok yeniliği ve gelişmeyi beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu süreçte ülkelerin değişimlere uyum sağlayabilmesi lojistik sektörünün ekonomiye verdiği destek ve yarattığı katma değer stratejileri ile mümkün olmaktadır. Küresel ekonomide artan gelişmeler ve yenilikler nedeniyle ticari pazarda üstünlüğü yakalamak ve lojistik üs olmak isteyen Türkiye, sektörünün ihtiyaç duyduğu eğitim, alt yapı ve teknolojik gelişmelere yatırım yapmaktadır. Bu yatırımlardan bir tanesi; lojistik sektörüne yeterli düzeyde bilgi ve beceriye sahip nitelikli iş gücü kazandırmak amacıyla mesleki eğitim ile ortaöğretim okullarında öğrencilere ''Lojistik'' eğitimi verilmesidir. Öğrenciler mesleki eğitim sayesinde hem teorik eğitim almakta hem de işletmelerde beceri eğitimi uygulamasına katılarak meslek alanlarıyla uyumlu iş yerlerinde sektör stajı yapmaktadır. Bu uygulama esnasında öğrencilerin karşılaştığı olumlu veya olumsuz durumlar öğrencilerin, sektör stajından duyduğu memnuniyet düzeyini, sektöre bakış açılarını ve okulda almış oldukları mesleki eğitimin uygulanmasını etkileyebilmektedir. Bu araştırmada, iş yeri beceri eğitimi bağlamında orta öğretim kurumları ulaştırma hizmetleri alanı lojistik dalı öğrencilerinin verimlilikleri ve karşılaştıkları sorunların incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini; 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında mesleki eğitim verilen resmi ortaöğretim okullarında, 3308 Sayılı Mesleki Eğitim Kanunu'na göre işletmelerde beceri eğitimine katılan Ulaştırma Hizmetleri alanı ve Lojistik dalı 12.sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Türkiye'deki 7 coğrafi bölge dikkate alınarak her bölgeden en az bir okulun katılacağı şekilde araştırmanın yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmada veriler anket tekniği yöntemi ile toplanmış ve sonuç olarak 513 anket formu analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın analiz bölümünde yüzde ve frekans dağılımları, faktör analizi, T testi ve ANOVA uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin staj yaptığı işletmelerde beceri eğitimlerine ilişkin memnuniyet düzeyleri ile okulun bulunduğu coğrafi bölge arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin staj yaptığı işletmelerde beceri eğitimlerine ilişkin sektöre bakış açıları ile cinsiyet arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin staj yaptığı işletmelerde beceri eğitimlerine ilişkin okulda almış oldukları mesleki eğitimin katkısı ile cinsiyet arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur.
Rapid changes in the economic development process bring many innovations and developments. In this process, countries can adapt to changes through the support of the logistics sector to the economy and the added value strategies it creates. Due to the increasing development and innovation in the global economy to gain an advantage in the commercial market and who want to become logistic bases Turkey, the training needs of the industry, is investing in infrastructure and technological development. One of these investments is the training of "Logistics" to students in secondary schools with vocational training in order to enable them gaining qualified workforce with sufficient knowledge and skills in the logistics sector. Students receive both theoretical education thanks to vocational training and participate in the skill training practice in enterprises and make sector internships in workplaces compatible with their professional fields. The positive or negative situations faced by the students during this practice can affect the students' level of satisfaction with the sector internship, their perspective on professional development and the sector, and the application of the vocational education they have received at school. In this study, it was aimed to examine the productivity and the problems faced by the students of the logistics branch of secondary education institutions in the field of transportation services in the context of workplace skills training. The universe of the study consists of 12th grade students in the field of Transportation Services and Logistics who participate in skills training in enterprises in the official secondary schools that provide vocational education in the 2019-2020 academic year, according to the Vocational Education Law No. 3308. 7 geographical regions in Turkey taking into account the participation of at least one school from each region was planned for in the way of research. In the study, the data were collected by the survey technique method and as a result, 513 questionnaires were analyzed. Percentage and frequency distributions, factor analysis, T test and ANOVA were applied in the analysis part of the study. As a result of the researches, it was determined that there is a statistically significant difference between the geographical regions of the schools where the students are studying and the satisfaction levels of the skills training in the businesses they have done. In addition, it has been determined that there is a statistically significant difference between the skills training in the enterprises of the students participating in the study, their attitude to the sector and their gender. In addition, it has been determined that there is a statistically significant difference between the skills training in the enterprises of the students participating in the study, their contribution of the vocational education they received at the school and their gender.
