| dc.description.abstract | Acil durumlar, her sene firmalarda hem hayati tehlikelere hem de büyük maddi zararlara neden olmaktadır. Yalnız bu durumlar en aza indirilebilir. Firmaların acil durumlar karşısında bilinçli ve hazır olduklarında zarar ve hayati riskler önlenebilir, etkileri minimuma indirilir ve firmalar olağan hayatlarına daha süratli dönebilir. Bu araştırıda aktif bir acil durum yönetim programı hazırlanması ve uygulanması için takip edilecek yollar içermektedir. 160 ülke tarafından onaylanmış bir standart olan ISO 22301 Toplumsal Güvenlik ve İş Sürekliliği Yönetim Sistemi Standardı, daha önceden yayınlanan BS 25999 İş Sürekliliği Standardının, ISO standardı olarak çıkarılan, revize edilmiştir. ISO 22301 Standardı, iş sürekliliğini kontrolleri için gerekli programları oluşturmaları, uygulamaları, firmaları, gözlemlemeli, araştırmaları, korumaları ve riskleri azaltmak, yıkıcı olaylardan kurtarmak için belgelenmiş bir yönetim sistemini ilerletmek için gereklilikleri belirtir. Bu çalışmada hastanelerin acil durumlara hazırlıklı olması için acil durum planı gerçekleştirme süreçleri araştırılmıştır. Başka bir anlatımla hastaneler için bir acil durum planı hazırlama raporu sunulmuştur. Acil durum planının süreçleri ele alınmış, örneklemeler yapılarak ve uygulama yapılan hastane için acil durum planları sunulmuştur. Hastanelerde çalışan kişileri acil durum konusunda daha çok bilinçlendirmek için eğitimler verilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Emergency situations cause loss of life and financial losses in enterprises every year. However, this can be prevented. If businesses are prepared for such situations, damage and injury or loss of life can be prevented, their impact can be reduced and businesses can return to their normal lives more quickly. In this study, step-by-step steps are taken to prepare and implement an effective emergency management program. The ISO 22301 Social Security and Business Continuity Management System Standard is a standard approved by approximately 160 countries and is an advanced implementation of the previously published BS 25999 Business Continuity Standard as an ISO standard. The ISO 22301 Standard specifies requirements to develop a documented management system to help organizations create, plan, maintain, monitor, review, maintain, protect, and mitigate risks that are required to ensure business continuity. In this study, the stages of preparation of emergency plan for the emergency preparedness of the hospitals are discussed. In other words, an emergency plan preparation report is presented for hospitals. The stages of the emergency plan were discussed, emergency plans were prepared for the hospital, which was supported with examples and implemented. In addition, trainings were given to increase the emergency awareness of the employees in hospitals. | |
