İnşaat sektöründe çalışan iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinden sorumlu mühendislerin iş kazalarının önlenmesindeki etkileri

Abstract

İş yaşamında çalışanların, sağlıklı ve güvenli olması oldukça önemlidir. İş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin öncelikli amacı; çalışanların sağlığını, iş yerinin olumsuz koşullarından iş kazalarından ve meslek hastalıklarından korumaktır. Alınacak önlemler sayesinde, hem çalışan sağlığı korunmuş olacak, hem de çalışanın kendi sağlığına değer verildiğini görmek, işyerine bağlılığını ve çalışma ortamındaki verimini arttırmış olacaktır. Bu araştırmanın amacı Mersin ilinde inşaat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin, İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği konusunda alınan önlemlere ilişkin uygulamaları hangi düzeyde gerçekleştirdiğinin tespit edilmesidir. Bu amaçla 100 mühendis üzerinde bir anket araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarından işletmeler daha çok acil durum planını uyguladıkları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca işletmelerdeki mühendislerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarına bakış açısı medeni durum, yaş, kıdem, gelir durumuna göre değişmediği belirlenmiştir.

The primary purpose of occupational health and safety; to protect the health of employees from the negative conditions of the workplace and from work accidents and occupational diseases. Thanks to the measures to be taken, both the employee's health will be protected and the employee will see that his / her health is valued, increase his / her loyalty to the workplace and increase his / her efficiency in the work environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of the practices in the construction sector in the province of Mersin regarding the precautions taken in Occupational Health and Safety. For this purpose, a survey survey was conducted on 100 engineers. As a result of the analyzes conducted, it was determined that the occupational health and safety implementations applied the emergency plan more. In addition, the perspective of the occupational health and safety practices of the engineers in the enterprises did not change according to the marital status, age, seniority and income.
