Farklı sektördeki çalışanların maruz kaldığı gürültü seviyesinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetmeliğine göre karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, farklı sektörlerde çalışanların „Çalışanların Gürültü Kirliliği ile ilgili Risklerden Korunmalarına Dair Yönetmelik‟ açısından gürültü ölçüm düzeylerine dayalı koruyucu önlemlerin belirlenmesi için bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. ĠĢ sağlığı ve güvenliği alanındaki çalışmaların genel amacı çalışanların iş kazalarından ve meslek hastalıklarından korunmasını sağlamaktır. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği denildiğinde ilk akla gelen her ne kadar sadece çalışan olsa da üretimin güvenliği ve verimi de iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kurallarını uygulamakla artar. İş kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarından kaynaklı kayıpları en az seviyeye indirgemek ve kaza ya da meslek hastalığı oluşumunu engellemek için çalışanların maruz kaldığı en önemli fiziksel etmenlerden biri olan kişisel gürültü maruziyetinin ölçüm yöntemleri araştırılmış ve farklı sektörlerde yapılan örnek uygulamalar ile maruziyet sonuçları elde edilmiĢtir. Elde edilen sonuçlar incelendiğinde gürültü maruziyet ölçümü yapılan işletmelerin tümünde maruziyet sonuçlarının yönetmelikte belirtilen sınır değerleri açtığı görülmüştür.

In this study, a research has been carried out to determine the protective measures based on noise measurement levels in terms of regulation on protection of employees from risks related to noise pollution. The overall objective of the work in the field of occupational health and safety is to protect the employees from work accidents and occupational diseases. Although it is only the first that comes to mind when it comes to occupational health and safety, the safety and efficiency of production increases with the implementation of occupational health and safety rules. Although the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to occupational health and safety, the safety and In order to minimize the losses due to occupational accidents and occupational diseases and to prevent the occurrence of accidents or occupational diseases, the measurement methods of the personal noise exposure which are one of the most important physical factors that employees are exposed to were investigated and the results of the exposures were obtained with the sample applications made in different sectors. When the results are examined, it is seen that the results of exposure exceed the limit values specified in the regulation in all the enterprises where noise exposure measurements are made.
