The research was conducted with 16 professionals providing a psychosocial support program to victims of abuse and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. This program provides benefits to both professionals and children, facilitating tailored interventions based on individual needs. Furthermore, the psychosocial support process is influenced by factors such as working conditions, staff qualifications, in-service training, and legal regulations.
