In this study, the publications in the field of performance evaluation in supply chain management are analyzed. The distribution of the studies which deal with the issue of SCMPE is between 1991-2019 according to years. The literature review is made on the databases ScienceDirect, Scopus, Taylor&Francis Online and Emerald by using the keywords (Supply Chain Management, Performance Evaluation, Performance Assessment). For SCMPE, as a result of publications reviewed, it is seen that the most frequently used model encountered in literature researches is SCOR-based studies and Balanced Scored Card, model. However, recent research has drawn attention to those using different or integrated methods of performance evaluation in supply chain management. Performance evaluation criteria are determined as the most studied and least studied.
