The relationship among these variables was analyzedby statistical methods such as factor analysis, regression analysis, and Sobel tests. Allacademic and administrative employees in a state university operating in Mersin Provinceof Turkey were included in the study. Data, collected using a questionnaire developed bythe researchers from all employees of the university, were used to determine therelationship between the variables in the study.
