dc.description.abstractObjective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the success orientations of the vocational high school students and the PERMA scale which evaluates the well-being with positive emotions, attachment, positive relationships, meaning and success dimensions. Materials and Methods: The research was conducted on the students studying at a vocational college of a foundation university in Istanbul. A survey was conducted to obtain data. The survey consists of demograhipical questions, PERMA and Success Orientation scale. Normality test, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis test and Spearman Correlation co-efficienct was used for analyzing the data. Results and Conclusion: The results indicated that there is significant, positive but low-level relationship between PERMA and success orientation.
dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin başarı yönelimleri ile iyi oluşu olumlu duygular, bağlanma, olumlu ilişkiler anlam ve başarı boyutlarıyla değerlendiren PERMA ölçeği arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma, İstanbul ilinde bulunan bir vakıf üniversitesinin meslek yüksekokulunda eğitim gören öğrenciler üzerinde yapılmıştır Araştırmada veri toplama aracı anket kullanılmıştır. Anket formu, demografik sorular, PERMA ölçeği ve Beş Boyutlu İyi Oluş Modeli ölçeklerini içermektedir. Kasım-Aralık 2018 tarihleri arasında öğrencilere yüz yüze anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, normallik testleri, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis testi ve Spearman Korelasyon katsayısı kullanılmıştır. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Çalışmanın sonuçları, PERMA modeli ile başarı yönelimi arasında anlamlı pozitif yönlü ancak zayıf bir ilişkinin varlığını göstermiştir.
