    The Relationsip Between Vocational School Students Success Orientation And Well-Being Model (PERMA)

    Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the success orientations of the vocational high school students and the PERMA scale which evaluates the well-being with positive emotions, attachment, positive relationships, meaning and success dimensions. Materials and Methods: The research was conducted on the students studying at a vocational college of a foundation university in Istanbul. A survey was conducted to obtain data. The survey consists of demograhipical questions, PERMA and Success Orientation scale. Normality test, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis test and Spearman Correlation co-efficienct was used for analyzing the data. Results and Conclusion: The results indicated that there is significant, positive but low-level relationship between PERMA and success orientation.
